One of the most traditional dishes from Venezuela is the cachapa, our Colombian brothers know them as “Arepa de choclo.” They are the perfect merge of sweet and savoury round and flat. Cachapas are made from sweet corn, they are delicious and very versatile.

To cook our frozen cachapas:
Defrost the cachapa / arepa de choclo and place it in a fry pan with a little bit of oil. Turn it after 2 minutes until pipping hot.
Served the cachapas / arepa de choclo with cheese, butter or your selection of toppings.
