Typical from the North West region of Venezuela but influence by Trinidad & Tobago. Mild and tender goat and lamb curry served with rice fried ripe plantain, tostones (fried green plantain) and our green mango adobo. If you like it HOT ask for the picante on the side.

CRUZADO VENEZOLANO

Slow cooked soup with a variety of vegetables, roots, oxtail, beef and chicken. It’s called “cruzado” (crossed), a mixture of beef and chicken scented by fresh cilantro.
