Venezuela and Colombia’s national bread! They are a round flat cornbread made with precooked cornflour. But, do not be fooled this is not a tortilla. Venezuelan arepas are thicker, they have a crispy surface with a fluffy interior.

Arepas are delicious and versatile and they can be grilled, baked or fried and the best thing is Arepas are naturally gluten free. Our frozen arepas are easy to cook!

To make a good arepa takes patience and time, but ours come frozen and pre-cooked for your convenience.
