  • Our vegan hallacas are shipped frozen. Upon receipt you should place them immediately in the freezer.

    Add to boiling water directly from the freezer for 45 minutes, turning them every so often during cooking. Remove, let stand upright to drain excess water for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the banana leaf, serve immediately. Merry Christmas, enjoy your vegan hallaca!
