  • Our bollito traditional are shipped frozen. Upon receipt you should place them immediately in the freezer.

    Add to boiling water directly from the freezer for 35 to 40 minutes, turning them every so often during cooking. Remove, let stand upright to drain excess water for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the banana leaf, serve immediately. Merry Christmas, enjoy your traditional bollitos!
